Dr. Frank Oglesby, OD
Dr. Frank Oglesby is a Kingsport native. He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School, received his bachelor’s degree from Maryville College, and doctorate from Southern College of Optometry.
He holds a patent for an eye examination device. Dr. Oglesby began practice in 1984 when he assumed the practice of Dr. Paul Tosh, a long-time Practitioner in Kingsport.
Ashley Blakley - Optometric Technician
Ashley joined our team in August 2017. Although her primary role is Optometric Technician, she is an invaluable asset to every area of our practice. She loves going to the gym and spending time with her husband and family. Ashley has a sweet fur baby named Odin.
Brittany Clifton - Optometric Technician
Brittany has been an Optometric Technician with our office since February 2016. She has been certified by Cynosure to perform TempSure Treatments. Brittany is happily married with a beautiful daughter. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and her sweet Dachshund, Arlow.
Tina Bear - Optician
Tina has been our Optician for over 10 years and brings 25+ years experience to our Optical Gallery. She loves spending time with her husband, her twins and Molly, her schnauzer. Hiking, biking and camping are among her favorite activities. She also greatly enjoys supporting her husband with his Ministry as a Pastor.
Shanna Quillen - Office/Marketing Coordinator
Shanna has been with Dr. Oglesby for 14 years. She is the Marketing Coordinator as well as the floater for all departments in the office. She began her Optical career over 24 years ago. Shanna enjoys singing with the Worship band at her church and enjoys time with her husband and wonderful children.
Lynn Aldridge - Front Desk Coordinator
Lynn has been the Front Desk Coordinator since February 2017. She came with over 17 years experience in patient care and insurance coordination. Lynn is happily married with two daughters and three "extra" daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and indulging in her passion of reading.
Kathy Zeigler - Insurance Coordinator
Kathy is our Insurance Coordinator and has been with Dr. Oglesby for 16 years. She brought 23 years of insurance experience to our practice. Her favorite past-times are slow walks and container gardening. She enjoys spending her free time with family, friends and two cats, Max and Mosie.
